I follow your blog in my google reader and when I read this post I thought I would mention my friend Steve Galindo to you. He is the creator of the church of Ed Wood - http://edwood.org/
I don't know what exactly your project is about but he might be a good resource if you need some research. He has been doing this since I met him over ten years ago in an ill conceived stage version of the movie Pulp Fiction. Anyway good luck on your project. Enjoy the blog.
